ScalaHosting customers are able to host their email on all plans. You can create and manage email accounts via your web hosting control panel. However, to use the inboxes, you’ll need to configure your favorite email client to work with the correct server and port settings.
That way, you’ll have quick and easy access to your emails, and you’ll get immediate alerts whenever you receive a new email.
If you use SPanel, you can find the correct server and port settings in the Email Accounts section of the User Interface.

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a list of all the existing email accounts you’ve created. Next to each one, you have an Actions drop-down menu. Open it and select Connect devices. SPanel will display the incoming and outgoing server and port settings you need to set for your email client.

You can also find the information in your Welcome Email. For your convenience, it’s stored under the My Details > Email History section of your ScalaHosting Client Area.

Can I change the server name to be imap.mydomain.com, I’m on the reseller plan.

Your reseller plan is configured to work with the incoming and outgoing mail servers pointed out in your welcome email. Changing them is not possible.
