I run a busy agency in Yorkshire, UK and was experiencing a decline in service and server performance from my previous hosting partner. It was with trepidation that I decided that I had to move 40+ sites to a new hosting company.

After a great deal of research and a few conversations with ScalaHosting, I took the leap and scheduled the mass migration to Scala.

I have to say that the migration could not have gone any smoother. All sites and mailboxes were moved over without a hitch. The support guys are knowledgeable and really quick to respond to my questions.

Usually i never wrote a review about web hosting providers before cause they always disappointed me but since I've been with Scala Hosting for almost a year now i feel like this company deserves a lot better. It deserves recognition more than any other web hosting providers I've tried.

​ The thing i like the most about Scala Hosting is their support teams. They are the best in the world in my experiences. They are quick to respond, friendly and very good at solving issues. I think they really care about their business.

I use their cloud vps so regarding this i found the server is very good. Up until now I've had no issues with it my websites have never gone down like before with other providers but here at scala hosting my websites are always online. Honestly I'm really happy with it so far. I feel like my two months of research about affordable managed vps has paid off.

Anyways I'm just impressed about how quick their support teams replied to my ticket. Honestly i can't describe how much i appreciate their them. Keep it up guys you are the best😀

Best tech support and reliable hosting I know. I've been client of Scala since June 2010. I never heard of them but I found a very good review about them somewhere in the web. I was about to start my own web design and graphic design agency and I knew I couldn't trust the big hosting companies (you know who I'm talking about) because I knew from first hand experience that many of my potential clients were escaping from those kind of hosting. I was a bit affraid because I didn't know anything about web hosting besides being little familiar with cPanel. I started with a reseller hosting plan but because of my lack of experience, later I knew I needed a VPS plan (I was advice by tech support regarding this issue). Since then, I haven't stop growing. I took MANY clients from my competitors because they got stuck with those big hosting companies and they never looked for something better. I was able to solve their email hosting problems with private IP.

I wish I wouldn't write such a long review but I want to be fair. I wouldn't be successful in my business without Scala and I have a lot to thank to the tech support team. They've been very fast and almost flawless. In these almost 10 years I can recall maybe 5 times when they didn't follow my tickets as requested. Those times I was so surprised because I just got used to their excellent service. I have no complaint. Maybe I have opened 500 or 1000 tickets (with several messages within them) or more in these years. So it's really nothing. Maybe without those few mistakes I'd say I'm being attended by robots. But they've been kind and had a lot of patience explaining to me lots of issues related to hosting so at the same time, I've learnt a lot from them.

I know at this point you may think I got paid or a discount for writing this review but I'm being very honest on all this. I was lucky someone took his time to write a review somewhere in the web 9 years ago which helped make up my mind and choose Scala. I know this might not be the experience for everyone but this is mine. I wish I was able to send a gift to the tech support wherever in the world they are, but at least I can sincerely say thanks each time they've been there to help.

To end, I must add that I've been able to white label my hosting services until know. In fact, my only concern is that one day my local competitors found about Scala because I will loose a very big advantage I have above them.

Give them a try for a month or three. I believe you won't regret. Until know, I have signed up for their most basic hosting, reseller, VPS and SSD cloud hosting (which is still under development but improving every time). I never need a dedicated server but I think I will never need one.
