We send 3 e-mails to your contact address on file to remind you that you have an unpaid invoice. You have 7 days grace period after the renew date of the service to pay the renewal invoice and avoid a service suspension.
If a service gets suspended you have 30 days to renew/reactivate it before the system terminates it.
