If you are not able to pay your invoice and you are getting an error message that the credit card was declined you can do any of the following.
- Use another card to pay the invoice.
- Pay via an alternative method such as PayPal.
- Wait 8-12 hours and try paying again. Make sure you enter all details correctly including your address because our credit cards processor may decline the transaction if you entered wrong information.
- Contact your credit card issuer and ask them why the transaction was declined.
