ScalaHosting Introduces Softaculous for SPanel

ScalaHosting Introduces Softaculous for SPanel

It’s still the early days of 2021, but the ScalaHosting Team doesn’t sleep. Our company is dedicated to constant innovation, and we are already pleased to offer a set of unique in-house developed tools like SPanel (web hosting management), SShield (security), and SWordPress Manager (WP automation and control).

But what if we can make things even better?

SPanel’s modular architecture allows us to expand its functionalities beyond any limits. We are taking full advantage and are happy to announce you can now integrate our proprietary control panel with the leading software autoinstaller platform on the market – Softaculous

What is Softaculous?

Softaculous is the dominant solution when it comes to easy app installation, often taking no more than a couple of mouse clicks. The platform is far ahead of any competitor when it comes to software range – to date, Softaculous supports automated setup for over 420 applications. This includes all the crowd favorites – WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento – plus hundreds more.

ScalaHosting and Softaculous

Softaculous is already integrated within cPanel, so all our shared hosting clients already have access to the autoinstaller. Still, many VPS clients choose to take advantage of our SPanel solution and they can now request to integrate Softaculous for just $2/mo. This might seem like an extra cost, but considering cPanel’s constantly rising licensing fees, you are still saving heaps with our free SPanel management tool

What does the future hold?

We have already announced our latest NY datacenter location and this new Softaculous integration, but don’t think you’re hearing the last of us for a while. We are in the latest stages of launching new exciting functionalities like an advanced DNS control with DKIM/DMARC management and a bunch more.

Stay tuned for more ScalaHosting surprises…
