Can I upgrade at anytime?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime from your client area at -> My services -> Manage. The exact process depends on what sort of service you need to upgrade/downgrade to.

For example, if you want to upgrade to a more powerful shared plan, the transfer is pretty much instantaneous. Our system will automatically activate the new package as soon as you process the invoice.

If you want to move from a shared plan to a VPS, however, you will need to have your website transferred from one server to another. To help you out, we can offer a transfer to the new VPS completely free of charge. All you need to do is submit a ticket to our technical support experts who will migrate the website for you and will ensure that it’s working correctly. All this without even a second of downtime.

Bear in mind that you cannot perform the upgrade or downgrade if there is a renewal invoice generated for the hosting service. Please submit a ticket to our billing specialists if that’s the case. They will remove the invoice and generate the order for you.
