Can I upgrade at anytime?

You can upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime from your client area at my.scalahosting.com -> My services -> Manage. You will not be able to perform the upgrade or downgrade if there is a renewal invoice generated for the hosting service you want to upgrade. Please submit a ticket to the billing department in that case. They will remove the invoice and generate the order for you.
