ScalaHosting Introduces SPanel Feature Requests
After becoming one of the first companies to offer PHP 8.0 on all our servers, the ScalaHosting Team is excited to share another great innovation coming your way. We are talking about a dedicated channel for Scala clients where everyone can request new features for the SPanel they have with us.
But let’s start from the beginning.
What is SPanel?
Being heavily involved in research and development, our team is always on the lookout for possible improvements. One of our prime achievements was the launch of our state-of-the-art SPanel. This web hosting management tool was developed to serve as a great cPanel alternative without the associated costs of the popular control panel solution.
Each of our virtual server customers now gets SPanel on their cloud VPS server at no added cost, meaning you can streamline your investments in your business optimization and promotion. The platform contains quick access to your files, databases, email accounts, domain DNS records, PHP version, and many more.
Naturally, as SPanel is a relatively new product, we still strive to improve it as much as possible.

What are SPanel Feature Requests?
Simply put, we have created a separate User Area for you with direct contact to our R&D Team. If you feel that something’s missing from the current SPanel configuration, share your thoughts and see if other users will embrace it.
Doesn’t matter if it concerns your domain management, emails, resource statistics, or website builder – do share your requests, and we’ll see what we can do.
ScalaHosting has just recently launched the Feature Requests option, but we already have about 20 requests, 3 of which are already on the way to becoming future SPanel enhancements. Some of the pending features in development are:

- Daily backup tool
- Email disk quota configuration
How to Request a New SPanel Feature?
If you want to help us make SPanel better, you simply need to go to https://features.spanel.io/ and make a quick user registration. After you log in and file your request, our R&D Team will check it out and see if it would be suitable to implement. As easy as that!
