Gzip enabled by default
Enabling gzip compression requires specific code to be added to your .htaccess configuration file. Most website owners do not know how to do that or they forget about it. That’s why we decided to enable gzip compression by default on all sPanel cloud virtual servers. That increased websites speed by up to 15%.
