You can also use the Support PIN to facilitate faster transactions via your ScalaHosting customer dashboard – for example, hosting plan and domain name renewals or the procurement of new services.
To find your support pin, log in to your ScalaHosting customer portal, then navigate to the My Details -> Edit Account Details page. You will see your Support PIN displayed at the top of that page in the form of a four-digit number
