Spam Experts anti-spam protection is included in all our shared and cPanel VPS plans. Please note addon\/parked domains are not protected for free.<\/p>\n

The Spam Experts protection can be enabled for your main domain by logging into cPanel and clicking on Spam Experts under the E-mail section. cPanel will automatically make some changes to the domain’s MX record and will enable the Spam Experts protection.<\/p>\n

Spam Experts protection can be ordered for any other web hosting service we provide at an additional cost. You can order the service from your client area. You will receive a welcome e-mail with login details to the Spam Experts control panel where you can manage the domains you want to protect. To activate the anti-spam protection for a domain name you need to do the following steps.<\/p>\n

  1. Add the domain to the Spam Experts control panel<\/li>\n
  2. Change the MX entries of the domain name to mx1.vivawebhost.com and mx2.vivawebhost.com. You can do that in cPanel -> Zone Editor You should not keep any other MX entries that were used previously.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
