If you are migrating an existing website from another server, you can wait for the transfer to complete before switching the nameservers. You can point the domain following the steps outlined in your Welcome Email, or you can use other techniques (e.g., editing your hosts file or setting up an Under Construction page) to develop the website before launching it publicly.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>If you are uploading your website manually via FTP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, you need to upload the files to the <\/span><b>public_html<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> directory (the document root of your account&#8217;s primary domain).
