In addition, users can also log in to their <\/span>SPanel account<\/b><\/a> from the client area. <\/span><\/p>\n

SPanel is our all-in-one control panel that <\/span>lets users simplify website and server management.<\/b> The control panel enables them to create websites and manage web files, servers, emails, <\/span>SSL<\/b><\/a>, DNS zone files, databases, and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

You could follow these steps to open a ticket in your client area.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1: Sign in to Your Client Area<\/b><\/h2>\n

Visit the <\/span>Scalahosting<\/b><\/a> website and click <\/span>LOG IN<\/b> on the menu to access your client area\u2019s login page. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kindly <\/span>enter your email address<\/b> and password in the appropriate text boxes to log in, or you could sign in automatically using your <\/span>Facebook or Google accounts.<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 2: Open New Ticket<\/b><\/h2>\n

Open a new ticket by clicking the <\/span>Support<\/b> tab on the left column of the client area, then select <\/span>Open New Ticket<\/b> from the menu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3: Select Your Department<\/b><\/h2>\n

Select your department <\/b>from the available options.<\/span><\/p>\n

Choose <\/span>Support<\/b> if you need assistance with anything, and we\u2019re <\/span>available round the clock.<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to complain about billing, abuse, or the complaint or inquiry is sales-related, then select any of the other options, and we\u2019re available to address the complaints, <\/span>Mondays to Friday, between 2 AM and 4 PM CST.<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 4: Submit Your Ticket<\/b><\/h2>\n

Type your headline into the <\/span>Subject<\/b> text box,  indicate the ticket\u2019s priority, and select related service.<\/span><\/p>\n
