They don\u2019t have inboxes, so they don\u2019t keep messages.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We often underestimate the usefulness of this <\/span><b>type of email address<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and tend to waste time on tasks that it can handle. Instead of sending the same messages to every member of your team when there&#8217;s information, you can save that time for more important activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All you have to do is create a group account and set up forwarders. Once you <\/span><b>send an email to the group,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> it goes to each members\u2019 primary email account. That way, you don\u2019t have to send multiple emails per time, and your team don\u2019t have to<\/span><b> open another email account.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It shares similarities with email aliases, except that it doesn\u2019t have to end with the same domain as the receiving email. For instance, you can have messages sent to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">team@website.com<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to get forwarded to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tonia@gmail.com.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course that\u2019s not all you can do with a forwarding email.
